Hello.

I'm Madison.

Founder of Madison in Wanderland and lover of Australian tourism and vanlife.

I understand – everyone is dreaming of European summers and fireside Christmas dinners in America… I agree completely. But since the pandemic, I think Australians are coming to appreciate the beauty of Australia – and it’s understandable. Whether you're trekking up Karijini National Park in Western Australia, swimming with killerwhales in Esperance or winery hopping in South Australia – the options are endless – and I know the perfect mode of transportation!

My appreciation for Australia began in March 2020 after my partner and I transformed a beatenup 1998 Ford Econovan into the campervan of dreams – a lockdown project I suppose,

you know the ones. Since then, we’ve spent countless hours researching, planning and building our campervan, and even more hours travelling Australia, which has transported us to the likes of Kangaroo Island, Esperance in Western Australia and Innes National Park. Nowadays, we’re travelling the Eyre Peninsula, and like to think our travels have gotten us acquainted with vanlife in Australia – and cannot wait to share everything we've learnt!

So whether you’re eagerly preparing for your next roadtrip or dreaming of a beachside oasis, you’re in the right place. To get involved with Madison in Wanderland and connect with likeminded nomads in Australia, head over to our Instagram and Facebook pages for updates!

Let the adventure begin!
